- Q: Do you have to be extremely computer-savvy to use
this service?
A: No. Technical support, tips and instructions of how to navigate are provided. No matter your level of knowledge regarding the internet, this is a very simple service to use. No experience necessary.

- Q: Would I be able to interact with families from other
Schools?
A: No. Each Community is designed for the individual Schools and remains private for that School, thus creating a confidential, safe environment which promotes family healing.

- Q: What is the smallest School population that Community
could serve?
A: Core Solutions prefers a minimum population of twenty-five students, though some cases may vary. If your School is interested, but their population is less then twenty-five students, please ask them to contact Core Solutions so that we may address their questions and better evaluate their specific needs and circumstances to determine if we would be able to meet the specific needs of their School.

current School is not offering Core Solutions Community?
A: Please pass along our website information to your School’s Administrator and express the benefits you see to Core Solutions.

- Q: Can grandparents take
part in the Community at my child’s program?
A: The individual Schools and Programs will determine their own policies and procedures concerning who has access to their Community board. However, there will be up to three accounts available for access, per student that can be assigned.

- Q: Is Community limited to any particular type of School or Program?
A: No. Core Solutions does not promote one type of Program over another. Though approaches, techniques, skills and even points of view may differ, Core Solutions is designed to support the commonality of purpose that is constant among the various Schools, Programs and Professionals who are dedicated to helping families in need of solutions.
