By registering, you are bound to abide by the following Terms of Membership:

1. Allowing anyone access to your login name (user name)
and password will result in immediate removal from the Community. The Community
must remain secure.

2. Revealing the contents of any Community message - in
whole or in part - to anyone who does not have Community access may be cause
for removal from the board. This includes copying text from any message and
posting/printing it elsewhere outside the board. The bulletin board must remain
confidential.

3. In compliance with COPPA regulations, we do not grant
Community user accounts to anyone under the age of 13. Family members in this
category may use the Community at the discretion of parents. Parents are responsible
for messages posted by their children of any age who access the Community with
the parents' username and password. Parents are also responsible for the postings
and participation of their son/daughter that has previously attended one of
the Schools, whether they access through their own account or not.

4. Use of inappropriate language, symbols or degrading
comments will be cause for immediate removal from the Community. Any user who
feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately
by email at admin@corebb.com. If we determine that removal is necessary, we
will make every effort to do so in a timely manner.

5. Core Solutions does not vouch for, or warrant the accuracy,
completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the
contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the
message, not necessarily the views of Community or any entity associated with
this Community.

6. The board may not be used for any business or monetary
gain. Any such use by individuals is cause for removal from the board. Unless
approved by the Administrator of the Community. However, the Community claims
no liability in anyway for items sold or purchased on the Community.

7. You agree, through your use of this service, that you
will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate,
abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law or is morally
offensive.

8. Posting of false or misleading information will be cause
for immediate removal from the Community and possible legal action. Such postings
will be released to authorized legal agents upon request.

9. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless
you own the copyrighted material. You also agree not to post any third party
information from outside the Community in any form. In the event this ground
rule is violated, Community reserves the right to determine which if any course
of action will be taken. This may include, but not limited to, no action, contacting
the original poster, removing any and all material, blocking or deleting the
user's account, or legal action. Any one of these actions may or may not be
taken, or we may choose to take a combination of actions. Community reserves
the right to contact, or not to contact, any or all parties involved.

10. The Community is intended primarily for mutual support
of member families. Please refrain from using the Community for "socializing" with
individuals.

11. Direct references or hyper-links to web sites, bulletin
boards, email addresses, personal contact information, photos, or other media
outside the Community must be approved by the Community Administrator before
posting. Otherwise the link(s) or reference(s) may be removed by the Community
Administrators - with or without notice to the author. If you wish to email
another Community user, please contact us at admin@corebb.com for assistance.

12. We reserve the right to delete any message for any
reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages,
and you agree to indemnify and hold Core Solutions harmless with respect to
any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). And Core Solutions reserves
the right to decide whether or not we contact the author in regards to our
decision to delete their message.

13. We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever
information we know about you) in the event of a complaint, legal action, or
any other related circumstance arising from any message posted by you.

14. Upon your family’s early termination from a Core
Solutions client (e.g. School, Program, Educational Consultant, Life Coach,
etc.), a user's Login Name (user name) and Password will be immediately eliminated
from the board. This may or may not be permanent decision, each clients policies
and ground rules are unique to its own entity. Core Solutions role is to support
our clients guidelines, policies and procedures. In the event that a client
invites you to continue, you will be required to submit the following to admin@corebb.com
: a letter stating your purpose for maintaining full and active membership
on the Community, your experience of your School(s) or Service Provider, as
well as the reason(s) why you left prior to formally graduating, or completing
your contract. The final decision will be determined by your School or Service
Provider.

15. Upon completion/graduation from their School, a student
graduate who wishes to post on the Community must apply for their own user
account. Applications need to be submitted to the Community at admin@corebb.com
before attempting the online registration process, to request the application
form. Graduates that access the Community via another user's account without
permission from Community will be removed from the board as soon as it is reported
or discovered. We also reserve the right to block the account used. Community
reserves the right to decide whether or not we contact the poster and/or owner
of the account in regards to our decision to delete the material, and/or blocking
the account(s). The final decision will be determined by your School or Service
Provider.
